Oh my word! This is just superb dessert wine. In fact it was served at the Queen's 80th birthday meal!. The canes are cut on the vines thus depriving the grape of any further nourishment, they then shrivel and a very concentrated juice remains. The key to the success of this wine is the amazing balance between the tropical sweetness and the mouthwatering acidity.
