To make icewines the grapes are left on the vines until they freeze then they're picked. As you can imagine this results in just being a very small amount of very concentrated sweet juice in the grape. This is then used to make the wine. "Racy notes of apricot, jasmine and rampant pineapplicity. An icewine which is an exceptional accompaniment to biscotti, fruit tarts and crème brulée or superb on its own.".
