This magnificent vintage rosé champagne was created in 1988 as a tribute to the co-founder Elisabeth Salmon. Crafted from an equal blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, vinified as white wine, to which some Pinot Noir from Mareuil-sur-Aÿ, vinified as red wine has been added. An extremely delicate style of champagne with aromas of hazelnut and hints of marzipan with a harmonious spicy finish on the palate. This finely complex Champagne can be cellared for 10 to 15 years and will accompany the most superb dishes, from poultry to a delicate summer berry dessert.
