It is with huge pleasure that I open this blog with these tiny words from which will grow a library of wine information for wine lovers like myself. I am no expert on the subject, but I did take a certificate in wine (Intermediate Level) at a night school in Manchester last summer. I got 56%, my wife Katy got 85%+. She's a girly swot, I'm an EXTREMELY busy businessman (ouch!). What I'm trying to say is, you don't need to be an expert to enjoy this site and your journey into wine will be along the lines of my continued journey into wine. Just keep hanging out with people that know a bit more than you but aren't pretentious with it. Can't go wrong!
